Re: Legacy Tourney
I crushed a Mono-Black Control deck and some weird Painter's Servant deck.
Pox, which is virtually MBC, rapes actual MBC, because my discard is better, I attack their lands, my kill is better, and their creature kill is dead against me, except when I animate a factory. I was activating and swing through a Chainer's sorcery Edict after seeing it there with Duress and laughing at it in my head.
Against Rodney, I got steamrolled game one, replaced two Poxes and both my Crucibles with Damnations and a Scroll, and then I won game Two with Smallpox and Rack, and was ready for G 3, when I took care of his hand and was in strong sontrol with a Nether Spirit, when he topdecked a Spectral Procession with a Crusade out and killed me.
I didn;t lose against MBC and the other wierd Servant deck.

Which weird Painters thing? I'm assuming you're talking about the one Troy played. I built the U/G one that ended up winning. Of course, you would decide to go to the one that I can't make it to. I won't be there this weekend either as a friends going away party is this Saturday.

Oooo! Abe is playing legacy! Cool. I have been really busy with wedding stuff and holidays so I haven't been able to make it.
I hope to start coming again this year. I've got a new deck (nearly done), and a new way to play landstill that I might actually try. I'd love to test that new Jace in it!
