Lately my car has been acting really weird. When I accelerate into boost the gauge stops at 0 and the car just hesitates and never goes into boost. If I let off the gas then try to go into boost it will go. It has been doing it for a couple weeks now. It doesn't happen all the time just occasionally like when I need it, it just craps out on me. I keep throwing CEL 45 & 61 but most of the time it clears itself after a couple days of driving but this time it didn't. It was also throwing CEL 9 CYP - #1 Cylinder Pressure Sensor. From what I have read this is an invalid code for a throttle body equipped car. So how can I throw it if it's invalid?
I reset the ECU and have no CEL on but it did it again today. It just craps out. I have checked vacuum lines but I don't see anything wrong.
I don't know what to check next...

sounds like ur blower isnt spinning, when my gauge stops at 0 that means my belt came off. and the car hesitates and studders really bad.

Nope belts on and tights.. The funny thing is if I let of the gas then go back into it, it goes right into boost. So I am thinking maybe a vacuum hose is getting crimped or something. Gonna check it out this weekend.

so the cels do or do not come back after you cleared your ecu?
You should concentrate on fixing those first and worry about ur boost later.
could be the bypass valve getting stuck causing the 0 boost.

The 61 comes on because my o2 sensor is bad and the 45 comes on because I have a little more fuel going in then I probably should.
The 9 though I have never seen before.. I cleared the CEL's 3 days ago and not one has came back yet.
I will be checking the bypass out tomorrow when I take the tranny out.. I will update if I find something.

Sounds like your bypass valve is getting stuck.
I had a similar problem a couple years ago. I had to remove a little metal to keep it from catching. In my case, it was sticking closed and not allowing me to go back into vaccuum unless i stomped the gas a couple of times. Weird huh?

I lubed the shaft up on the valve last night and it didn't do it all the way to work but on the way home it did it again.. weird...
