Just an update, I used some JB weld-like stuff(from PermaBond or something) to bond the crack together for now until I get the replacement intake mani. It seems to be holding up quite well and I am still seriuosly considering upping the boost to 10psi via a CRV crank pulley and putting in RC440's, (I have RC 370's in now)droppping the cash into the LHT intercooler kit....

So anyone have any ideas or suggestions for me before I go off the deep end?

Mine cracked in the same spot about 3 years ago. I sealed it up with some good 'ole Hondabond. Not pretty, but it worked...

Mine had cracked as well. I suspect it was the several months of use before the support bracket was added to the kit. As the crack is on the vacuum side of the blower, there should be no issue of blowing any sealant off. I just cleaned and sealed mine up with Hitemp RTV.
