SC-less....

As many of you know, esp. Lilmikey77, that I sold my SC in thoughts of getting my little brother a H22A motor for his Accord. Well regardless of what I had in mind, my parents thought otherwise. My parent's old-fashioned argument was that, "why put another motor in the car when there is a perfectly good motor in there already?" Our argument was that the tranny seem to be slipping anyways and supposedly the price to replace the tranny would be near equivalent to buying a new motor. Finally my parents' final arguement was "ok fine, when the tranny goes, we'll get that new motor"
Now, I'm stuck with the dilemma of what to do with my car. Obviously there are a number of options I could go with. Go back to the SC route? Try something new and go turbo? Keep it the way it is and continue to get harrassed by anything with a muffler?

Just drain the tranny fluid...and boom theres your new motor...lol

Stop using the clutch, you should need that new tranny pretty quick.

oh yeah, if you decide to do something to your teg go turbo. Might as well try something new.

Ive only had the SC for a week and Im a bit curious about it myself...not curious enough to act on it, but curious nonetheless

I'm not you... but if I was, I'd go S/C again

I was going to go turbo... BUT, I knew I'd up the boost, and then up the boost again, and maybe just a little more... but just for this one time. and then ka-blooey

but money has a lot to do with it too... if I could get a drag 3 complete kit for $1700 I probably would have went that way

That's true. It is hard to beat the prices on the used JRSC kits.

I really want to avoid intentionally blowing the tranny...by the way, it's an automatic.
