Either of those will work.

ok, got my fuel delivery settled (jr fpr, walbro 342, stock injectors ). gonna throw around some other questions. is there some place with instructions on how to install the jr map controller and jr boost timing controller? how exactly do i effectively and safely use the btc? do i have to tune the map controller or is it just "plug-and-play"?

forgot a few questions: would a generic $30 fuel pressure (auto gauge, actually) that goes up to 100 be good enough? what might happen on my fuel pressure gauge that i should be worried about (ie. sudden spikes or drops?)? where will my af ratio be and what should it read on the af gauge most of the time with my setup?

check jackson site for instructions on the install of their ish

oh, and get an electric gauge. You cant really mount a manual gauge in the interior of the car. it has to go outside, thus u will look like a redneck

Wouldn't it be feasible to run a stock pump (a lot quieter) than a GSS-342 with a hondata since your injectors are so much larger and your fuel pressures so much lower?

im planning on running stock injectors. heres some of my unanswered questions: wheres the "danger zone" that i should be worried about if the needle strays there on my af gauge? whats the highest number i should see on an electrical fuel pressure gauge that goes to 100?

When the car is in boost, the gauge should read green - near the right side of the scale.

Fuel pressure is dependent on idle, riser rate, and boost.

If your idle is set to 40PSI, and you run 9 lbs of boost:

Idle PSI + 5 PSI fuel to 1 PSI boost rise rate=MAX FP.

9 lbs boost X 5 PSI = 45PSI pressure increase.

Idle(40psi) X Risen pressure (45PSI) = 85PSI max FP. Any more than this is pushing it.

What you need to do is start by getting the idle pressure down. See this page: http://www.theoldone.com/articles/regulator/

or buy a B&M and try to get it down to 35PSI, idle.

I got mine to 38PSI using the trick above.

The MAP controller is a "plug-n-play" unit. It does not have to be tuned. Instructions come with the unit... or you can download them from the JR website if necessary.
The BTC should be set at the 12 o-clock position (10 clicks from left)... then drive the car. Accelerate in fourth or fifth gear under WOT and listen for detonation. If none is present, turn the knob TWO clicks back to the left (toward ZERO) and re-test. Continue this until audible ping is heard... then turn the knob TWO clicks back toward the right... and you should be set.
