    Yes.

CRV: Crank/Alt Pulley OD (lip, not ribs) = 6 3/4"
GSR: Crank/Alt Pulley OD (lip, not ribs) = 6"

CRV: Crank/PS Pulley OD (lip, not ribs) = 3 5/8"
GSR: Crank/PS Pulley OD (lip, not ribs) = 4 1/4"

On both pulleys, the AC was a smidge smaller than the Alt pulley.

When the bolt finally released, both my brother and I thought a tool had broken! It was a very sharp metal snapping sound.

BTW, the hex socket on the CRV pulley is bigger than the hex socket on the GSR pulley. The tool still worked, but it was a little loose for the GSR.

Glad to hear your tool worked. I'm sure it will be a valued tool to have in the future. Now, bring on the power!!

This extension combo makes adjusting the JR alternator tensioner pulley a breeze. http://home.nycap.rr.com/ghjrsc/Long_Tool_Above.JPG http://home.nycap.rr.com/ghjrsc/Long_Tool_Full.JPG

The 825mm belt I had was too small for the alternator. Luckily the stock AC belt is 835mm and just fit.

The PS pulley on the CRV pulley is actually smaller than on the GSR pulley. A little underdrive! Anyway, the stock 920mm belt is too long. I'll try a 900mm tomorrow.

No driving yet. Tomorrow. Autocross on Sunday.

900mm belt was perfect for the PS.

Wow! No PS is harder than I remember (Chevettes in the 1980's).
