Loud vibration

Recently I started hearing a loud vibration noise coming from the SC if it's under high RPM's..Like if I am in first cuising about 3-4k and nail it I hear this loud vibration and the sounds of the whine is muffled but it still boosts up to 8lbs fine.

Well yesterday I reved it up to about 7k in nuetral so it would build boost and I heard it again. Well upon investigation I found an oil substance under the nose of the SC by the pulley.

Do you think the bearings are going bad and they are starting to leak and that is causing this? If it is how hard is it to fix or do I have to send it in?

Check and double check all the pulley bolts and brackets for a loose or missing bolt. My friends GSR with a JRSC did the same thing. After searching for a while we found that the bolt was missing from the alternaor bracket.
