rear hatch and lift gate for sale

I have a hatch and lift gate for sale, both have a little rust in them but not bad. Asking 300.00 for the set. Thanks BOB.

still have the lift gate and hatch? what year are they?? where is the rust?? How bad is "not bad"?? Any dents?? Hows the glass in the hatch?? and the rubber around the glass?? Are the hinges intact?? Does the lift gate have the inside handle?? Do you have the arms that hold the lift gate up?? I will soon be tearing into my rusting '71, not sure what i'll find once I get into it, I hope I dont have to replace the lift gate and hatch, but if I do it would be nice to know theres some available, also, give me a guestimate on what it would cost to ship them to Ca. thanx.

burbnut, I do still have the sub hatch and lift gate. Im will try to anwser your ?'s. it is for a 67-72 sub, rust along hatch about 2 inch. below glass, I believe there is a pinch weld seam at that spot. couple of dents quarter size, glass is good, rubber is fair not real dry has a 1/4 inch gap at the ends where it has shunk, hinges are on the hatch-gone on the lift gate plates that cover the lift gate hinge mounting bolts are also gone, lift gate never had an inside handle, the arms that hold up the hatch are there, I hope you can understand this and it helps....THANKS BBBob

thanks for you reply BBBOb, Im hoping that my doors will be salvageable, but I wont know that until I get into it, but its nice to know that there are some out there for the time being.
