I use the Fram Tough Guard ($4) when I can get it, or the regular Fram ($3) if I can't. I think the Double Guard ($8-9 & supposedly with Teflon) isn't worth the extra money.

I use 10w-30 Mobil 1 in my d15b2 with 181,000 on it and change it every 5,000 miles.

Betcha Ami uses a non-B16A oil filter. Ami, if you used a B16A filter than you would out handle and out accelerate an NSX... but you're only using a SOHC filter so your car must suck tongue

ahh man, now the best kept secret is out! when i go to Napa i walk up to the counter guy and:

LadyNRed: "gimmie your best non-b16 filter you got"

Counter Boy: "you maen the sohc one?"

    Ladynredsi "that's the one"

Counter Boy: "I'm sorry ma'am, they were causing the d16a6 to go so fast they had to make the filters illegal..."

    Honda Typical Oil Filter
    Valvoline 10W30 non-synthetic All-Season
    Oil Changed every 3,000-5,000 miles

(Here's something not many people know....Honda only uses one type of oil filter! Actually only the newer 01+ civic and integra use a different filter).
