    Im going to get plugs and wires do these DISTRIBUTOR CAP EXTERNAL COIL WIRES PLUGS help at all or is the stock wires and cap fine enough.

    If you engine is stock (this includes a header, cold air intake and exhaust) then it's not worth it or the trouble and no gains in power.

    You should only need that system if you are going to boost your system with NOS or maybe a chilled supercharger. If you do go with that system, go ahead and get the 'SplitFire' or Bosch's three pointed grounds to give you a larger spark surface.

    My friend used the SplitFire plugs but he said it didn't really help his performance any. He did say it seemed to help at the higher revs but I think his old 240z needed a new coil anyways.
