any LEDs for cheap

Those would be nice for decoration and maybe yoru tail lights as the third brake light is already LED but i cant see how it can be used as a headlight...

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Never said anywhere that they make headlight bulbs. They have city lights though, which go inside the headlight housings..

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">There a great place for changing the color of your dash lights (LED's, long life time, brighter then the stock bulbs and different colors) and like you stated for tails, turns, etc. And have been around for a while too.
