Does anyone know what could have happened that my clock under the del sol display on my dash could no longer work? My friend, installed my stereo and when he did that the clock stopped working.
Simple, 7.5A fuse, underhood fuse box, it probably was shorted during the install of the radio. Replace it and it should start working again. Happens a lot when installing stereos. This fuse controls the clock, radio memory and ECU's memory for your information.

Thank you, so much Geo. I will, go to Shuck's and get the fuse. Are all the fuse's under the hood in the fuse box 7.5A or will I know which one it is? Not to sound stupid, just don't want to ruin something else in the process.
Go look at your fusebox...you will see fuses of different colors meaning they are different. the rating should be written on the fuse. pull each one out to inspect it...if the little metal piece is broken on the fuse, that means you gotta replace it.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">If you don't have the fuse sticker on the top of the fuse box, it's at the back in the center, should have a 7.5 printed on the top of it and it's the only 7.5 in there.Originally posted by My Sol:
