Actually, as of right now Mars is useless to us, but eventually if space travel becomes cheap we can send people that are poor there to colonize it, like the Australia of planets. Say we could terraform it, then we would have more room, since the world's pop is app. 6 billion, the UN believes it will be around 12.5 billion by the end of the century. There is also the fact that three humans (the last time I checked) are being born every second, of course our death rate does not equal out birth rate, so we continue to increase. Of course one day we will reach our climax, and stay there, that or decline, or blow ourselves up before then. So you see, with the terraformation of mars we gain more space, and more opportunities.

But for Bush to be doing it right now is just stupid. We have three+ wars we are fighting (war on terror, drugs, Iraq, Afgans, etc.), not only that but he screwed the economy, and help the top 1%. Not to mention his infringement on the rights of people with the patriot act, trying to ban abortion, trying to get the draft back up and over all being a 'tard. Not to mention how he gets people to cover up his Nam record, which he did NOT have, since he was AWOL.

I just hope America isn't as stupid as I expect it to be and votes him out. If not we're doomed.

I don't need somebody to get an animal only to dump him/her a year later, those people should never have had any at all. With strict regulation, only people who want animals for life will want to get them, and that's how it should be, anything else is bad for animals themselves. And people needs to be punished anyways.

With my way, there would be many less abandoned animals. It has been proven effective everywhere it was used.

My budget priorities and economic policies for the USA would be:

0. Over anything else, grab as much power as I can. This is necessary for what I need to do.

1. Reduce the huge external debt and fix the economic unstability, raising oil taxes (?1.5), tobacco and alcohol taxes (?10), income taxes (?1.05), and value added taxes (?1.05) as necessary, I'd need to finetune these gross factors of course. I know this will be unpopular. Force it as necessary, using the media if it gets hard.

2. Try my best, however, to adhere to the Kyoto protocol, and any fat guy opposing wouldn't have a nice day. Clean industries should get less taxes and the power should be made to shift to them, rather than traditional polluting industries. Move forwards on this issue as fast as possible but keeping the unemployment rate under control, using the Euro countries average as a reference.

3. Reduce the military budget at least to the half, and send the stupid star wars project to the wastebasket. (Long range missiles? The USA doesn't need to defend from its allies ?who are the ones who have these?, it needs to defend from its enemies, who crash planes onto buildings.) Any generals opposing would be discredited and kicked out of the army before they can revolve, using the intelligency services as necessary.

4. Multiply all fines by 10, and make sure there are enough agents to apply them. Why taxing innocents, when we can tax culprits. You screw your society? You end up paying to make it better. And people who doesn't get in trouble can live a happy life.

5. Start a public health system after Spain's, France's, and Italy's, world's top-3 best health systems. Finance it suing alcohol and tobacco companies as necessary, until most of them go out of business, then ban alcohol and tobacco, and finance it with all sort of exorbitant fines.

6. Start a new welfare program with the objective of making poor people not poor (i.e. more like help for starting business or moving to somewhere else, etc.), not just letting them survive. The more people working and producing GDP, the better for everyone. Oh, and try to get part of it paid by the church, pressing them with a "If you're so good and are there to help people, then do it" campaign.

7. Not only spend zero bucks on religion and similar crap, but try to get as much money as possible from religion, relabeling donatives as a regular economic activity through which believers "customers" get a commercial service of spiritual nature. People will revolt against this ? consider it a long-term job, and use the educational system to manage it.

8. Fix the justice system to avoid fat people from suing McDonalds to get a new house and similars, that underlying "justice business" is not good for the country.

9. Besides these policies and some minor others, walk every step towards economic liberalism. You know, keep business going by staying out of it. This makes companies rich thus unemployment rate down and salaries up (if not voluntarily, as a matter of competition), therefore people gets rich indirectly from a rich economy, as usual.


I know this might sound a little dictatorial, but it gets things done.
