Not hard to get. Just need a little patience and some help from a couple of friends at a critical juncture. Here is how to do it.

Go to Stoneroot Falls and head to the bottom. Move to the North wall and you will see a bunch of Squid Guys (track to Kelliad). They are non aggro and the flat area just to the West of them is the area that you need to kite the named placeholder at. To the west of this flat area is a plateau that has a bunch Xillsfar on it. There is a chest on this plateau that has 3 Xillsfar guarding it. The center Xillsfar is either the named mob, Zoriles the Champion, or a placeholder for him.

Load your best chants and pull the ph and chant it down. Mobs are not very resistant and lull easily so single pulls are not a problem. Mobs are level 64 to 67 so you need the OOW lull. Respawn time is 20 minutes.

Eventually, on average about 1 hour, Zoriles the Champion will spawn. He summons and hits for about 1200 so you probably wont be able to solo him. Now here is the trick. If Zoriles has the blade that you want, then there will be a blade graphic in his hand. If no blade graphic, then he has other loot but not the blade. This other loot is not exceptional though he does drop shadowspine runes.

If Zoriles has the blade then just grab a couple other friends, ie a tank and a cleric. Zoriles is level 68. Once the blade drops, and if you are lucky enough to win the roll on it, then what you will have is this:

To level the weapon to level 7, I simply went to Griegs End and did some swarming there. Massive swarming. After killing approximately 1500 to 1800 mobs there, the weapon was fully evolved into Blade of the Eclipse.

dude!!! i want that sword =D its almost better then the bard epic and here is the bard epic's stats(well maybe not better but pretty darn close)
