How can the Lakers even win one of the first two in Boston after struggling so mightily in LA just to win 2 out of 3.

The only way they can win is to play from behind so Boston sort of relaxes, hang back about 6-10 points, and then somehow have a run at the end of the game.

But I really don't see that happening. They sure won't win if they are ahead early, that's for sure.

Sure Philly did too, but they got blown out in every game in Boston, whereas the Cavs had legitimate chances to win 2 or 3 of those games.

On paper it doesn't look like the Cavs match up with Boston, but somehow they did. The Cavs were missing Gibson the final two games, and that might have been the difference maker.
