Hey! I agree. This forum has been way to
quiet! What's going on in the BDD?
Not hearing much and not seeing much either!
What's the latest on Ashley Mullins recruiting
and what about Jake Colley? What's going on
in your part of southwest VA?

I do not know if Jake Colley has gotten any interest from any Div. 1 schools but I believe he is a definite Div. 1 prospect. Let's face it, anyone who wins the MVP at the Boone, NC tournament is a pretty good player. I have seen Ashley Mullins play and I do not believe she could play for ODU or NC (just my opinion). She has small Div. 1 potential, like maybe ETSU.

Honaker starts like 3 freshmen this year. Ashley is good, no doubt about it. But all another team has to do is double team Mullins and they've effectively shut down Honaker's offense. Plus Honaker's played a tough out of district schedule this year. We've played Science Hill, Happy Valley, Abingdon, Oak Hill, and other quality teams. Lebanon is also pretty good this year, Honaker's record isn't the dead determining factor of how good we are. We're a young team and we're getting better every game. I think Honaker's girls could win some games come tournament time.

I see her sister, Billie, mentioned in the
paper too. Is she as good as Ashley? What
grade is she in?
