their wins have come against teams that are a combined 8-28, loses are against teams that are 30-14 so looking at that they beat the weak teams and lose to the good ones the best team they beat was shelbey valley 28-20 and judging by the grundy game not a powerful team

hey when u say in the nation,i seen where richlands is ranked #278 in the nation so im not sure this team is ranked anywhere near richlands as far as nation .if they are then its goin to be along night for the red .imagine 278 out of 10000 schools and thats from 6A schools down.

You know I wonder wear Haysi will be in a few years when Dickenson County consolidates. I just feel that Haysi has carved a name out for itself in football and other sports. It'll be a sad day when we wind up being the LC's of SWVA (Minus the glitzy field).

They are the Cougars and their color is blue I do believe. I didn't say that they were ranked in the top 100 nationally...I said two of the teams that beat them were. They play a few powerhouses over there in KY and they got drilled a couple of times.

when DC consolidates and it will the sports programs will be excellent espicially football look at the tradition at haysi and clintwood and ervinton always has a few good players not to mention that the school will be div 3 for a few yearsthen drop back down to div 2
