Well say what you want about me but I think you are a fine example of a "giddy" fan who just can't stand to hear anything negative about the team. We are NOT right on track as you suggest. I hope Shapiro knows what he is doing. Your infatuation with him is comparable to Mikesopp's infatuation with Charlie. I just don't get it. I guess you think the Ricky G signing was also a wonderful move. Geesh!

I was just looking at the schedule through the end of July and I got a sick feeling in my stomach. We better all say a prayer and hope that we continue to get some good pitching from our starters and that somehow the team's bats wake up. I don't think I am being negative or over stating the fact that this could be really ugly. I am simply stating a fact. Our offense has been pitiful against some very marginal pitchers so I think it's a cause for concern considering they are now going to be facing some of the top pitchers. I will hope for the best but I am certainly expecting the worst. I guess I am a pretty negative fan. Ha Ha!
