The specs from 1954, but I do not think they changed all that much...

Now that I reread that page, they listed the the 802 from 800 to 22,000 as well, there may be a bit of hyperbole in there somewhere, we need a curve junkie on that....

Yeah, stated response...just means there's some level of measurable response there...doesn't mean it's usable.
On an unrelated note, I found a '60 Bell Labs video on the ECHO (comm sat) project that's kinda interesting. The ~100' satelite balloon was made from a similar metallized Mylar film as the 3000 'frams;
