It used to be a "Dynamic Force" woofer, originally found ONLY in the model 874 Segovia.
The modified 414 basket is a new one for me, the only Segovia i've been inside i'm sure had a stamped steel basket on the woofer with that same HUGE motor.
You can verify the woofer part number in the 1975 reference guide.
