    Altec N-800-D Crossover Rebuild

Im looking at possible new cap upgrades on my N-800-D's. My Crossovers state I can use 8 or 16 Ohm speakers. Not sure if that differs from crossovers that state just 16 Ohm. Does anyone have any pictures handy of the insides? Thanks Rick

Yes, I figured it's why you wanted to know what's inside. I use a 1000 W. industrial heat gun to melt it.

Do you have access to any kind of measurement gear?
You probably can do a lot better with a newer XO design... what drivers are you using?
