I have run into many tech cables in our plant that are not bonded with a grounding bushing when run into PVC boxes or enclosers.
My understanding is that all tech cables and metallic conduits are to be bonded with a grounding bushing when entering a non-metallic box that does not conduct. This is to ensure that the metallic sheath of the cable is at ground potential.Any comments on bonding?

Does the teck have a ground wire run with the conductors?
If so are they all bonded together in the box or enclosure?
I'm not positive but i believe that The PVC jacket is an effective means of armour isolation.

I think 12-3002(2) would at least require a ground bushing. If a PVC box is in a long cable run, with the sheaths grounded at opposite ends of the ground grid, there can be a noticeable difference in potential.

Hey I think you might have nailed this one with rule 12-3002(2) TWH.
I was looking for a rule pertaining to the original question but totally missed this one.

Great Question!
Here is how the Inspection Department in Ontario views this:
Rule 12-3002(2)
Nonmetallic outlet boxes shall not be used in wiring methods using metal raceways or armoured or metal-sheathed cable, except where the boxes are provided with bonding connections between all conductor entry openings.
Rationale and Intent for Rule 12-3002(2). To ensure that the bonding circuit is not interrupted, we intend that only metal boxes be used in wiring methods consisting of metal raceways, armoured cable, or metal-sheathed cables. An exception allows nonmetallic boxes to be used if the boxes are provided with bonding connections between all entry openings for conductors.
