    Can you use #2/3 NMD90 (the smallest size loomex) [table 2 CEC says good for 120Amps] for a 125Amp main panel, that is 60' away from the meter base inside the house? [via a 200A switch with 125A fuses] Y or N?

    Yes, you could use it according to 14-104(a) and Table 13.

    Of course, it would have to be installed in a location where NM cable is permitted.

    Local inspectors might have a problem with the possibility of the customer replacing the fuses with the wrong value.

    I got rejected on this once. The inspector did't like the idea that the fuses after the meter base would likely blow before the breaker in the panel. We put a 100A breaker in the panel to keep him happy and left the 125A with the homeowner.
