I WANT TO RUN 14/2 TECK CABLE OVER TOP OF A PARKED RAILCAR, FROM OUR BUILDING TO A LIGHT ON A POLE, 15' AWAY.I WILL BE ATTACHING THE TECK CABLE TO A MESSENGER CABLE. WHAT IS THE MINIMUM HEIGHT ABOVE THE RAILCAR THAT I CAN RUN THIS CABLE? THE OPERATORS WHO UNLOAD THE RAILCAR, ARE ON TOP OF IT FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES PER 8HR SHIFT.

I would think that the railroad must have clearance regulations that would have to be followed.
