Raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens,
bright copper kettles and warm woolen mittens,

Cream colored ponies and crisp apple strudels,
door bells and sleigh bells and schnitzel with noodles.
Wild geese that fly with the moon on their wings.

Girls in white dresses with blue satin sashes,
snowflakes that stay on my nose and eyelashes,
silver white winters that melt into springs,
these are a few of my favorite things.

When the dog bites, when the bee stings,
when I'm feeling sad,
I simply remember my favorite things,
and then I don't feel so bad.

I like the first snow.. its always so beautiful. To watch it snow on a cold winters night.. the peace of it.. the quiet...

but every year I put in a request that it stay in the yards, in the fields.. but off the roads.. doesn't seem to happen *L* [img]tongue.gif[/img]
