TODAY!

i vacuumed
scrubbed the floor on my hands n knees
then mopped
I cleaned the inside of the micro
I scrubbed the stove/oven spotless
fridge..DONE
vacumed living room
dusted
and 16 loads of laundry.... done folded and put away..

whew im tired

i'm not feeling so hot today... in fact i slept most of the day and i'm probly goin back to sleep here in a bit...
but i was going to paint my kitchen.... which meant i'd have had wash and scrub...
tomorrow, hopefully..! i've been puttin off the kitchen for a while now.. lol

i just got on a roll...and i had a mom that didn't do "just clean and tidy".... she did sparkling...and well... it just felt right [img]wink.gif[/img]

Thats why I worked like a dog yesterday.... I had not been feeling good for a few days and well, I was behind.....


More today... today I continue w/ gallon number 2 of painting the scrapbook room....

*gets tired watching everyone work*... lol. Everyone is soooooo productive~! i'm ashamed of myself, hehe. I swear though, when i get home from work in the evenings, i just don't feel like doing much of anything, even if it IS for fun... of course usually i have a headache the side of a third world country, but hey... [img]wink.gif[/img]

....i need some projects for around here... to make it more homey... i'm so sick of living in someone else's space... [img]frown.gif[/img] i want my own house... *sighs*... but, on the bright side, i've lived here for 5 years, they've been in here like 3 times total, lol, and he doesn't really give a crap what i do to the place, so long as it adds to it's value, not subtracts... so i suppose i COULD do a few things around here... paint, this and that... i'd like to do something special with my bedroom, but i don't really know what... [img]frown.gif[/img] the kicthen and living room pretty much have to stay as is... it's more of a great room kinda thing, so they have to compliment one another... my kitchen is a combo of "sunflower" and "herbs" designs... sage green, lavender, and then the sunflower stuff... my bedroom is just kinda plain... once upon a time i had matching border for my comforter set, lol, but i kinda lost track of it years ago, when i moved in... *L*... i suppose i could go out and buy an inexpensive set, in a totally different design, and maybe do some bordering and/or painting... my bedroom is small, lol. It's a small apartment, though, despite being 2 bedroom... it's high up, comfy and cozy, though, and i can see both doors when i'm sitting in the living room... lol. Gives a feeling of security for those of us that are lonely old maids that live with only their cats... [img]tongue.gif[/img]
