<font color=red>EMBEDDING MUSIC, MIDI</font>
from start to finish
1. search: midi nameofgroup
when you find the 1 you want..
2. download: save as ALL*FILES to DESKTOP
Type-->.mid .... file/name---> thename.mid
3. Upload it to a website/page
(make sure the web site lets you show pics,
if they've got the server blocked,
then it wont play)
4. find the file, RIGHT click on it, then click properties,
copy/paste the properties address, put it in the code..
5. Take the code and place it as the first background code..
....the file stays where it is...
the code makes it play where you want it too...
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
problems i had:
check to see if its a zip file or compressed,
if so, (using winzip or other zipper)
you'll have to extract it into another folder..
dont worrie about making it a exe just extract to another file..
every thing else will fall into place..
then upload the extracted 1 to the website..
find the file, RIGHT click on it..
go to properties put that address in the code..
to find out if its a compressed file or zip,
again RIGHT click on the file go to properties it will tell you...
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
<font color=red>To Get the Code</font>
OK! since i cant show you the code out here..
Go to the little edit/delete icon, right
up there in this box, click it, go find the code,
COPY/PASTE onto a notepad..
use your back button..
... to come back out
take my address out, put yours in, take it
to the HTML place you want to put it...
then cross your fingers
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~CODE~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
<EMBED SRC="http://members.theglobe.com/melspg/FADE_TO_BLACK_2.MID" WIDTH="16" HEIGHT="16" VOLUME="50" LOOP="TRUE" AUTOSTART="TRUE">
<SRC="http://members.theglobe.com/melspg/FADE_TO_BLACK_2.MID" LOOP="TRUE" AUTOSTART="TRUE"></EMBED>
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~CODE~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
For the controls to this, RIGHT click on the little square..
click on RUN or SHOW.....then RIGHT click on the player its self..
Go to properties....ya found it
<font color=red>BTW! all directions are made using Internet Explorer</font>
*too lazy to do it all again in NutScrape L*

its one of the few i like as a midi...
i minimize the screen and i'll realize that i've must have heard this a million times....
....
I hope you understand what i mean by getting the code from ....delete/edit...??
Go into my delete/edit....right above me here....
And keep looking till you find the code...
you can tell when you see it....
Copy/paste and use that....
use the back button to come back out...
<font color=yellow>and theres something i had to tweak to get it to work right here.....
That you'll probly hafta tweak back to use it for a background....*L*
i dunno how to explaine it...G*
<.EMBED SRC=http\\ect ect
<.BGSOUND SCR=http\\ect ect
</.EMBED.>
for here...i had to take out the
<.BGSOUND because the code kept showing..G*
it probly wont work as a background without it....take the dots out....</font>
