I have to come here to post this because I cant get to any other boards...That Midi file is locking the page up for me...and screwin with my puter....GRR..

So Gary.....You can remove it...Just cause its fucking with peoples puter..Or I can ask admin too....Nothing against You but since I have been to HB for years without a problem with the pages locking up....I'm assuming its that music You put there....

I'd be interested to know if anyone else is having problems with it.....Im assuming I cant play music when I come to HB now or what..
And I can get to this board because I have the link saved on my puter..

There are some boards i can't get to using netscape..i have to use IE to access them
Yesterday CG tried to put the fancy scroll bar on my board..but when she did, i couldn't access it except by going to IE again
I can't get to Rev's, Chloe and Blazey's for the same reason.
I can't access where there is a midi file either
Maybe all the fancy stuff isn't worth it??

the midi file Lily is where the boards are listed...where you can see who last posted ..etc..is what is locking up for me..Im getting to other boards now by mels link thread here.....Im assuming Gary hasnt read this yet.Im also assuming he'll remove it when he does..

Empire's board has a song on it, and it never stopped you from posting there...

And Heidi, since we have been at ends, I wouldn't change it for just you. However, since you are the 4th person to CLAIM my music is killing your pc. I have changed it. The whole point of putting the song up was to get more people to post on my board. If people don't even get a chance to hear it, there's no point of it.

See, no one had trouble with the midi, it's when I changed it to a windows steaming audio file, problems started happening. (I think) I haven't been online since I changed it, so I didn't know of these problems. I think it's from people not updating the Windows Media Player.

I refuse to be pushed around though. I'd rather just put up a board somewhere else. So, this is my compromise. The song will no longer auto-start. If someone wants to hear it, they will have to push "play" on the media bar below my site's name. This way, I can still try to pull in posts, and you can access the AW main page without it crashing... Agreed?

And furthermore, I wasn't out to just make people hear my music, I wanted more posts on my board.

But, even if I was, with all the shit I have to put up with as a musician, all the turn downs, time and effort, years of practicing, playing out, and my very soul and well-being as a person riding on the fact I want people to hear and like my music, you better fucking believe I would use any means possible to get fans. The only regrets I'll even have is from what I didn't do, not what I did...
