I know you hate that but I MISS YOU TOO!!!

I wasn't around last weekend, cos we took a mini-vacation to Kentucky. We had a good time, just relaxing in the hot-tub, going to flea markets, etc...
It wasn't planned, it was just spontaneous and I had no access to the net to leave ya a message.
I'm gonna rest up Saturday mornin, cos I know you'll be online Saturday nite and I wanna talk wif ya.

They got a pretty nice resort called Barkley Lake down there... I wanna come out there and see you mel! but yer too far!

Barkley Lake is a huge beautiful camping area/lake/beach with lots of scenic viewpoints.

I love the water... and the beach... and picking up shells. Although I picked up this one shell and it smelled like *thinks hard* rotting meat. I gagged right where I stood and had to really fight not to puke. I don't know what the hell was up with that.

and....................

We went to this place called "holiday world" it used to be called "santa claus land" the theme of the whole park is holiday based. One section of it is all halloween stuff and rides. Type in "holiday world" on a search and see what pops up. They'll probably have pics. I had the BEST time. [img]smile.gif[/img]

(that by the way is in Indiana)

In addition to that, we went to a couple of wax museums... flea markets... I luv those cos I collect lots of stuff... and just ate out alot.

It was nice to get away from everyone and everything that was familar and enjoy myself.

Mel... I want you to come up around Christmas and see REAL snow. Not just pics of snow... the real thing. Its so light on your tongue, and so cold... I know you hate the cold but you gotta experience it just once. Then you can go back home to your freezing temps of... *chuckles* 40+ degrees.

Souly... if I came there, I'd never want to come back home again. I know Australia's a beautiful country. If I come, I'm dragg'n mel wif me.
She and I can fly over on a plane ( non-smoking I might add )
