eh.... spawns ok....

i liked mcfarlane's drawings.
mcfarlane is kinda old news...
he started getting on my nerves when his head
got about the size of mars... by makin all those
damn toys.

i also liked michael turner...
i did start collecting 'fathom' merely for the
artwork... but the issues came out so fucking
random... i got mad and stopped at #6 or 7, i think.
it took over a year to get the first 5...
which, imo, is just too long to wait for a
friggin comic run.

anyways...
'kingdom come'.... great run... alex ross
in short, its dc vs. marvel (kinda)....
superman against captain marvel

gawd... i even recommend this run for ANYONE...
even those not familiar with comics.

i'm sure you've read it.
it was all the rage about 5 years ago.
i purchased one of those limited edition, alex
ross unpainted superman statues....
i think there was 1500 total.
i paid close to $120, and that was 2 years ago.
i also ended up buying a alex ross signed issue
of 'superman forever'.
i can't really tell if i bought it for the fact
that i dig superman... or alex ross. tee hee

anyways... if you haven't read 'kingdom come'
DO IT!

there is a trade paperback re-issue of 'kingdom
come'....

*hint to anyone that cares*
BUY THIS AND READ IT!!! GO TO EBAY NOW!!!
