Our church has monthly pot luck dinners, and we use to take the normal stuff (potato salad, deviled eggs, that kinda struff).
We found this recipe from an older lady at church, who passed it on to my wife. Now she gets requests for her Fruit salad, I do not remember EVER bringing home any left overs.
The only drawback is it has to be eatenwithin a day or so, because the bananas & apples start turning brown.
depending on your taste, you can also add rasins or top with walnuts

That sounds really good Roger! Im gonna have to try
that!
Everybody loves smores, but here is a recipe for
healthy smores that is really good and pretty
easy to make:
Fruity Smores
Graham crackers
marshmallows
Fruit filling options: strawberry jam
peanut butter, or cream cheese
Fruit options: strawberry slices, banana slices
raspberries or blueberries
Put graham crackers on microwave plate. Top
with filling of your choice and a marshmallow.
Microwave on HIGH 15-20 sec or until the
marshmallow puffs. Top with fruit and the
second graham cracker.
