when does it not...what???
Well, when I ask if my ass is fat, I expect the "necessary" answer of "when does it not?"
anything less would be a lie.
when does it not...what???
and what are white lies?
really.
lol, dave... when does it not look fat, she means... in other words, she thinks her ass looks fat all the time... and if anyone said anything other... it would be a lie....
It's all subjective... what people need to know...and what they don't... YOU may not think they need to know it... but if it is found out, the other person may be angry at you for not telling it, because THEY feel they DID need to know it. One person can't really decide for another what they need to know and what they don't. I'm not saying that i feel you should never lie, either, though... lol. What i'm saying is that i think there is no precise, clear answer to the question...
It's OK to lie if you're a politician.
in fact, it's pretty much mandatory
Lying is wrong! I always tell the truth...except when I'm lying
ya know how you can tell if the president is lying?

Here's another:
A robber walks up to a man walking up the street and demands "give me your money!"
The man replies indignantly, "you can't do this?I'M a United States Congressman!"
The robber thinks about it and sez, "OK, give me MY money!"
