WHY?????

why is it we seem hell bent on building hospitals; schools; power plants ect. in the middle east when the 9th ward in our own new orleans has no drinkable water; no electricity;
nothing being done by our govt?????

these are americans who lost all they had because of the faulty work or maintanince of the levees...local churches were trying to help and fema came in and said "stop helping- WE will take over" and NOTHIN more was done...hell it's been how long since this happened and still nothing from our govt.

yet we brag how we are building up in other countries...we show their kids waving american flags and smiling...nothing about the black mold those who want to stay and rebuild in the gulf coast of the u. s. of ferkin a. are forced to breathe if they stay.

makes me sick.

talking to another today about this and she said..."well- it's OUR fault the buildings in the war zone are gone...we bombed them"


my answer to that is this: "the levees were built and "maintained" under this govt also...why aren't we rebuilding here?"

wrong is wrong.
