As I watched the memorial services this day. I find myself full of emmotions. Tears in my eyes and anger in my heart. I ntoice many sad people on the T.V. but I see very few ANGRY people. IS it me or is that wrong?

The way I see it America should be so angry we should be screaming in the streets for justice. This nation has given to every nation on Earth. The French complaining about or Iraqi and Israeli policies. Who do they think they are? We saved their ass twice from extreme radicals. Yet they have the audacity to tell us we are a brutal uncivilized society? Americans should be outraged we should be writing to the leaders of France and telling them exactly what we think of cowards and traitors. The other european nations following France in their misguided holier than thou attitude towards the USA. They too owe the USA, they owe us for keeping communist agression in check for 40+ years. They owe us for using our manufacturing and military might to save their sorry butts. Not once but TWICE. The USA has never been attacked by another nation on her home soil. Even Japan attacked a territory but not a state. Yet how many millions of US soldiers have died saving others? And when we win other peoples wars what do WE do? Rebuild...thats right every enemy we have defeated in a forgein war we the people of the USA have rebuilt. Not as a territory of conquest but as the sovereign nation they were before the war.

Germany OWES US bigtime, Italy, France, Belgium all of the European nations. Now I see these same nation (Save Britain of course) trying to dictate American forgein policy. Whats worse is they are having an effect on the masses here that are too busy or too stupid to look at the facts concering Iraq. Many passifists here that feel since we busted up the Taliban and ran Usama off we should now talk peace and try to cure the worlds ills. These same people however are the ones that blame Bush and the CIA for the horrible events of one year ago today. They cannot see that it is OUR fault. It is US the citizens of the USA that have created the greatest nation on Earth. It is US that let the bleeding hearts and liberals take over our policies for dealing with radicals and fundementalist war mongers.

It is US the silent majority that have let our apathy and consumption on our own lives that let down the guard. It is our fault and we must realize it.

Yes I am sad for those families that lost loved ones both here and elsewhere in the world over this event. But most of all I am pissed. I am pissed at Europe, I am pissed at the passifists here in the USA, I am pissed at the liberal left media for twisting truth to sway the public. I am pissed at clinton and his cronies for partying in the white house and being more concerned about his next blowjob than seeking out and killing the largest threat to world peace in existance today. Yes Folks I am pissed and so should you be.


Many folks want to say this aint about religion or it aint about this or that. Well Bull puddin man it is about religion and it is about poverty and oppressive regims. It is about thrid world nations being lied too and manipulated by a few educated extremists. The sooner Americans wake up and realize we are the leaders in the world. We are the most powerful nation on Earth. Who cares what Europe thinks? Screw France and the rest let them fall prey to whatever warmonger next sets their sites on them. Meanwhile let the US military hunt down every extremeist Muslim in the world and kill them. Yes this includes Iraq, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Palestinians all of them. Either conform to the peaceful religion Islam is meant to be or die where you stand.

They pay me to tease shades of meaning from social and cultural issues, to
provide words that help make sense of that which troubles the American soul.
But in this moment of airless shock when hot tears sting disbelieving eyes,
the only thing I can find to say, the only words that seem to fit, must be
addressed to the unknown author of this suffering.

You monster. You beast. You unspeakable bastard. What lesson did you hope
to teach us by your coward's attack on our World Trade Center, our Pentagon,
us? What was it you hoped we would learn? Whatever it was, please know that
you failed.

Did you want us to respect your cause? You just damned your cause
Did you want to make us fear? You just steeled our resolve.
Did you want to tear us apart? You just brought us together.

Let me tell you about my people. We are a vast and quarrelsome family, a
family rent by racial, cultural, political and class division, but a family
nonetheless. We're frivolous, yes, capable of expending tremendous emotional
energy on pop cultural minutiae, a singer's revealing dress, a ball team's
misfortune, on a cartoon mouse.

We're wealthy, too, spoiled by the ready availability of trinkets and
material goods, and maybe because of that, we walk through life with a
certain sense of blithe entitlement. We are fundamentally decent, though,
peace-loving and compassionate. We struggle to know the right thing and to
do it. And we are, the overwhelming majority of us, people of faith,
believers in a just and loving God.

Some people - you, perhaps - think that any or all of this makes us weak.
You're mistaken. We are not weak. Indeed, we are strong in ways that cannot
be measured by arsenals. Yes, we're in pain now. We are in mourning and we
are in shock. We're still grappling with the unreality of the awful thing
you did, still working to make ourselves understand that this isn't a
special effect from some Hollywood blockbuster, isn't the plot development
from a Tom Clancy novel. Both in terms of the awful scope of its ambition
and the probable final death toll, your attacks are likely to go down as the
worst acts of terrorism in the history of the United States and, indeed, the
history of the world. You've bloodied us as we have never been bloodied
before.

But there's a gulf of difference between making us bloody and making us
fall. This is the lesson Japan was taught to its bitter sorrow the last time
anyone hit us this hard, the last time anyone brought us such abrupt and
monumental pain. When roused, we are righteous in our outrage, terrible in
our force. When provoked by this level of barbarism, we will bear any
suffering, pay any cost, go to any length, in the pursuit of justice.

I tell you this without fear of contradiction. I know my people, as you, I
think, do not. What I know reassures me. It also causes me to tremble with
dread of the future. In days to come, there will be recrimination and
accusation, fingers pointing to determine whose failure allowed this to
happen and what can be done to prevent it from happening again. There will
be heightened security, misguided talk of revoking basic freedoms. We'll go
forward from this moment sobered, chastened, sad. But determined, too.
Unimaginably determined.

You see, there is steel beneath this velvet. That aspect of our character is
seldom understood by people who don't know us well. On this day, the
family's bickering is put on hold. As Americans we will weep, as Americans
we will mourn, and as Americans, we will rise in defense of all that we
cherish.

Still, I keep wondering what it was you hoped to teach us. It occurs to me
that maybe you just wanted us to know the depths of your hatred. If that's
the case, consider the message received. And take this message in exchange:
You don't know my people. You don't know what we're about. You don't know
what you just started. But you're about to learn.

Well, you hit the World Trade Center, but you missed America. You hit the Pentagon, but you missed America. You
used helpless American bodies, to take out other American bodies, but like
a poor marksman, you STILL missed America.
Why? Because of something you guys will never understand.
America isn't about a building or two, not about financial
centers, not about military centers, America isn't about a place, America
isn't even about a bunch of bodies. America is about an IDEA. An idea,
that you can go someplace where you can earn as much as you can figure out
how to,live for the most part, like you envisioned living, and
pursue Happiness. (No guarantees that you'll reach it, but you can
sure try!)
Go ahead and whine your terrorist whine, and chant your terrorist litany: "If you can not see my point, then feel my
pain." This concept is alien to Americans. We live in a country where we
don't have to see your point. But you're free to have one. We don't have
to listen to your speech. But you're free to say one. Don't know where
you got the strange idea that everyone has to agree with you. We don't
agree with each other in this country, almost as a matter of pride.
We're a collection of guys that don't agree, called States. We united
our individual states to protect ourselves from tyranny in the
world.
Another idea, we made up on the spot. You CAN make it up as
you go, when it's your country. If you're free enough.
Yeah, we're fat, sloppy, easy-going goofs most of the time.
That's an unfortunate image to project to the world, but it
comes of feeling free and easy about the world you live in. It's
unfortunate too, because people start to forget that when you attack
Americans, they tend to fight like a cornered badger. The first we knew of
the War of 1812, was when England burned Washington D.C. to the ground.
Didn't turn out like England thought it was going to, and it's not going
to turn out like you think, either. Sorry, but you're not the first bully
on our shores, just the most recent.
So who just declared War on us? It would be nice to point to some real estate, like the good old days. Unfortunately,
we're probably at war with random camps, in far-flung places who
think they're
safe. Just like the Barbary Pirates did. They were wrong. So
are you.
Better start sleeping with one eye open.
There's a spirit that tends to take over people who come to
this country, looking for opportunity, looking for liberty,
looking for freedom. Even if they misuse it. The Marielistas that Castro emptied out of his prisons, were overjoyed to find out how much freedom
there was.
First thing they did when they hit our shores,was run out and buy guns.
The ones that didn't end up dead, ended up in prisons. It was a big problem then (especially in south Florida). We solved that problem. As for you, you're only the newest problem, not the first.
You guys seem to be incapable of understanding that we don't live in America, America lives in US! American Spirit is what it's called. And killing a few thousand of us, or a few million of us, won't change it. Most of the time, it's a pretty happy-go-lucky kind of Spirit. Until we're crossed in a cowardly manner, then it becomes an entirely different kind of Spirit. Wait until you see what we do with that Spirit,this time.

I'm about as pissed as I've ever been in my life!! I watched all the things on tv yesterday and went from tears to absolute rage!! Who do these sorry sonsabitches think they are!! Damn Hussein, Damn Bin Laden and Damn all the countries that are putting us down for doing what's right!! Personally, I think it's time to shut the borders and stop any raghead or anyone else for that matter, from coming over here without a thorough background check or whatever!! I'm so pissed I can't think straight!!!
