I get chills when I'm sitting down and the girl puts her arms around me from behind, and starts gently breathing in my ear and nibbling my earlobe.
(The "sitting down" part isn't really necessary, but so few women can manage it if I'm standing up.)
(Although, come to think of it, a 6'1" girl did it once...pressing full-length against me from behind.)
