I woke up this morning craving toast (hope you're happy) and I opened a jar of red plum jelly that my sister got me. It is just a little tart and has a great flavor, tasted good with my scrambled eggs (they started out as fried eggs...but) and sausage, the only thing missing were the hash browns.

Sorry Rog...but ya know whole wheat or multi grain toast is good for ya...I have Blackberry and Strawberry Amish Jams right now...did have blueberry but somebody ate it all!!! [img]graemlins/hmmm.gif[/img]

make very thin pancakes, put some good jam of your choice on the pancake, then roll it up and sprinkle some powdered sugar on top..yummmmm

I know what a crepe' is, but I'm not sure about a blintz (i thought it had sumptin to do with potatos?)
