Launchcast.....

I can't believe this.....Today i was listening quite contentedly to my beloved Launchcast station. All was good, and then all of a sudden, I noticed the music stopped. In the past there have been several times that the service was temporarily unavailable, so i clicked over to see what was going on. Well, apparently they have added a limit to the number of songs you can listen to as a free member. only 350 or 400 (it was different in two places) in a month. after that, you can either pay 4 bucks a month for the service, or you can continue to listen to unlimited music with no skipping, lower bandwith, and poorer quality music.

this was the best thing in the world, and now they are making people pay for the service, it's a rip off, even though I might wind up paying the money, i don't know if i want to, simply because of the principle.

and i am up to 10,272 ratings now.

same happened with the photo album things...
you could use the albums as hosts for images
that you could post... and then they shut that
shit down.

its yahoo trying to hook you... then make a profit
