No results, we didn't go through the drive thru... BUT, on the way home we stopped at maccy d's. I was the first to order and I got a big mac without cheese (which there was a wait on). Then jarryd ordered, then brendan. They both came back with their burgers (jarryd's was a big mac, not sure what mr b's was.) and I still hadn't receieved mine.. The lady gave the big mac to jordan who's meal finally came 5 minutes later when he ordered it.

I tried to order a thickshake but the shake maker machine was out of order.

i hate when that happens. you get so excited for a nice creamy shake, you order, and all you hear is "Sorry, can't do that..."...so disturbing

and maccy d's shakes went from "shakes" to "triple-thick" shakes. nothing changed...why in the world the "triple-thick" addition? doesn't make sense to me

We only have thickshakes here, nothing triple about them.

When I asked for my shake, I asked for a quarter pounder meal with a shake rather than a Coke, and she went "Sorry we can't do that" and I thought she meant she wasn't allowed to, and they do it everywhere else I go, so I was ready to question her and demand the manager, then she pointed at the machine and I had to move aside and let adam order first while I recalculated my decision. I HATE soft drink from McDonald's.

What factors did you take into account when recalculating? the weather? You took ages to re-order.

i have always noticed that mcdonald's coke and other soft drinks have an odd "kick" to them

Well I had to recalculate the time, what time I started work, how long it would take to let you guys eat your meals, then drive to Pakenham Macca's, then for ME to eat MY meal, and also how annoyed you'd all be at me for doing that. So there.

But anyway, I've got exciting news... last night on the way home from seeing Mindsnare Brad and I went to the mcdonald's on springvale / wellington roads and we went through the drive thru. Brad ordered two McChicken burgers and a Big Mac, and I ordered a large chocolate shake. We gave the lady the money, and drove around the corner and BAM!! The (hot) chick was already holding the bag and drink out the window!!! I couldn't believe it!! Like, I hadn't even put my wallet back in my pocket! [img]rolleyes.gif[/img]
