Talking

anyone ever woken up after a really intense dream and felt so drained?

i mean the whole point of going to bed is for sleep and to build your energy up again but after waking up this morning from a really intense dream i just felt like the whole nights sleep had been a waste.

please tell me its not just me

very well i could see you waking up feeling more tired than when you went to bed, even in the sex one

BUT... did you? i mean i wouldnt know but at the moment im not getting much sleep. i go to bed... toss... turn... shuffle over... look up at the sky... turn again etc

THEN when i do finally get to sleep i have crappy dreams like you or just feel totally drained.

maybe i should see a doctor
