Issue: Registration Email not sending

I registered as a new user with the username mz1893. I have not received a registration email, have checked both my inbox and spam folders. I am able to log in but unable to make posts, which is why this post was not made with my logged in account. The email i registered with was [email protected].

When I use the link to request another activation email, it redirects me to a page that say 'file not found'.

Any help would be much appreciated!
