Biography:

They said the Burning Times would cleanse the world of sin. They said it would make the land whole and clean again. When the sun died the people of the smoldering lands would know what it was to feel pain, to feel the fire within.

Everything around them was catching fire. Never were there the choices to be of the fire born birds, there were no phoenix willed spirits to arise again from their ashes. All around her people died, left to smoldering embers.

Still where there was not cleansing as hoped and prayed for by the Burning Times, there would be a moment where all would come full circle. In the death of others there would be a life of another.

In one the flames would burn her to awakening. The cracked charred black of burnt flesh would peel away and reveal new polished skin of desert gold.

Marked by a Reminder of all she had survived, her flesh would be claimed in Sun-brazened bronze of tribal flame

By their deaths of the Burning Times she would survive. A sole survivor of the Burning Times she would live as a scorching ember, a smoldering flame, a prairie wolf that would hunt and walk the lands that were meant to be cleansed and purged… but instead knew nothing but the desolate offering of death and embers.

Black sun eyes would live ever with the spark of the fire within. The wild licks of desert sun strands in savage braids to snap and hiss their craving their need for revenge.

Vengeance in life would only be hers… she was a Tempest within the Burning Solstice and none would stand in her way.
