burton2019's right--me and him both learned that the hard way at Virtus Marketing, AKA AOL, though I hear they lost their AOL contract...so it's basically Virtus scraping up whatever they can. I think it's a 3 way tie between Sykes, Virtus, and TeleMed for the 3 worst possible call centers to work at...ever. Just my opinion.
