I seriously doubt it... here in Coeburn the snow keeps melting away.
The sun is still out, and the roads are clear as can be.
Last night, the roads were completely iced over and almost completely snow-covered. Today, they're extremely clear, and even the snow on the side of the road is beginning to melt away completely.
Unless other places are in bad shape, I'd say a 90 minute delay is the most we'll be seeing.
How's it looking in Wise? How about Big Stone Gap?
you've got to remember the back roads..sandy ridge, high knob, places like that mang
Yeah, you're right.. never thought about those, and the road in front of my house is pretty well traveled..
How's it looking up in Sandy Ridge by the way?
Here the sun is STILL out. Darnit, it'd better not all melt!
In some of the more shadier spots, there's still sopme snow on the road, sun is just now peepin out up here though, so on the ground we've got a good 5-6 inches still
At my house there is still about 4 inches. I really hope we dont have school.
How are the roads looking? If they're clear, snow on the ground doesn't mean anything.

I'll never understand it.... a few days off here and there, at the cost of a shorter summer!
Wish for NO snow and an earlier start and more summer days!
