Subject: Deer Tick Survey
I hate bogus warnings as much as the next person... but this one is real, and it's important. So please heed this warning!
If someone comes to your front door saying they are conducting a
survey on deer ticks and asks you to take your clothes off and dance around with your arms up, DO NOT DO IT!!
IT IS A SCAM; they only want to see you naked.
I wish I'd gotten this warning yesterday. I feel so stupid now...

Sorry Gus!!
Another scam is an email about a missing child and tells of a Wal-Mart Manager someplace in the South whose 9-year-old daughter, "Penny Brown" has disappeared. Then it shows the picture of this sweet little girl with long red curls, and begs people to call with information. Sometimes the hoax email starts out with "Amber Alert!" It's a virus, and the worst part is, it's hurts efforts to find real missing children.
