I agree a salary cap is needed, but the Yanks are not the only ones offering obscene amounts of money.
their is no financial way the team can go after manny, i dont think even the NYY can sustain that kind of money.

Rays had a good year last year, don't expect them to repeat again this year. I know they had a massive amount of talent, but this is just insanely good.
Yankees will flop again this year. Their players always play good until they get there and get paid and then after that they blow. They couldnt care less if they won a game as long as they are making their money.
