would those games take place on the friday the 11th or saturday the 12th or would it be be up to each school to decide that?

THINK it is home team gets to make that call (Most region C teams play there 1st round games on Fridays)
I believe too that it depends on travel as well. D2 some teams my have to travel 3 plus hours.
