Seem like on many levels we still drop the ball as far as preparedness.

From State to Federal we don't have any real plans in place, to act on what we could face.

I have to say after hearing all this on Katrina. I think the Mayor with his ego cost many. Yet his ego wouldn't let him say he was wrong.

The Govt. dropped the ball in some ways. But once determined to evacuate, it should of been use all means acceptable.

We live, we learn and hopefully, learn not to go backwards.
