I know a lot of folks that have that same opinion. I've just found the food to be just average - decent food. I will say that the customer service though, has always been above average.

What do you like to order there?

I like most everything they have, but I usually just get a regular chicken samich and the nuggets, ooohh their nuggets little chunks of crack they are.

Ok Chik-fil-A isnt orgasmic . Its not that good. But its pretty damn good.

Great food except for the fact that 99% of the time I've eaten there, the chicken has arrived boiling hot. Biting into it as soon as you get it is generally not the smartest thing to do as you'll probably end up with a mouth full of hot ass grease.
