Hey, just make sure its him before you go booting. I actually got accused of being pac/weedeater because i had a discussion in the religion forum that wasn't mainstream.

1) Why you'd stick up for the guy, I don't know. He's a big enough boy he can stick up for himself and answer to his own mistakes.

2) His posts/disrespect towards other posters in the religion board were what started getting him into trouble before, and then his habits from that board spread to other parts of the board. These specialized boards are for users who can handle the responsibility of being a good, respectful poster, and have also shown that ability over time. Mr. Kennedy hasn't shown that in any of his permutations on this board, and contrary to what he tells people, we were VERY patient with him in the past and tried to help him out. It simply got to the point to where he was too big of a disruption to the board and its' members.

I don't have a personal vendetta against the guy, but he did make his own bed, even when we reached out to help him. It's time for him to lie in it.

There's a difference between stepping over the line and apologizing like most of us do, and continually stepping over the line and using religion & persecution as a shield to excuse your actions towards others like Kennedy did.

I can see how it would come across that way, but mainly it's just us standing by the decision to ban him from this board for as long as it's in existence. He continues to try to get new user names and join the board even though he knows we will ban any names he has when we find out they're his. He messed up bad enough to be gone from here for life before, and we're not gonna let that back on this board if we can help it. So, we're not "out to get him", it's us doing our job and standing by our decision.
