Don't know if this is true or not bc to be honest with ya, I havn't kept up with much of what either Obama or McCain have to say. But, my dad and uncle both told me lastnight that Obama had said if hes elected he was going to pass a law to were that those who make $50,000 a year or less will not have to pay taxes. I know that he cant gurantee that bc Congress would have to approve on it, but I think that would be pretty nice. Like I said though, don't know if its true or not bc thats the first I've heard of it and I really don't care for either one of em as I feel we are screwed either way it goes. To me, its just which one sucks the least.

I dont see his proposal as universal healthcare - just changes to existing healthcare.

yeah but at the same time doesnt he consider the people that make 150,000 a year rich??? and those will have to pay more taxes I may be wrong but maybe someone can tell me

So he wants to encourage people to make as little as possible, or at least keep it below 50 grand? Now, I fit into that group of below 50K but I think that is stupid.
